Navision Helpdesk Support - £25k to £30k p.a. - Cambridge
Navision Helpdesk Support consultant is required to support the full range of Microsoft Navision modules, including payroll. The job requires taking calls*emails etc from Navision customers ranging from v1.3 to v3.70. The Support Consultant is required to work in a variety of business environments ranging from simple assembly operations and manufacturing through to distribution, customer service and financials.
The successful candidate will have a background in development, customer facing skills and familiarity with all versions of the product. Microsoft Navision development background is essential - at least 2 years, NCR (or Essentials*Financial Management) qualified. You`ll be familiar with all relevant aspects of UK accounting practice. Detailed knowledge of Navision Attain and good knowledge of Navision Financials functionality. Working knowledge of Microsoft product line, particularly MS SQL Server.
Driving license is required, as you must be prepared to travel to customer sites as necessary.
